Comfortable rooms, FRIENDLY staff. Hat rin was just 1 km away. 15 km from Ko Samui (USM) airport. We recommend, maybe to friends.

the great location, about 5 minutes walking from the half moon party area. very clean and quiet. nice porch and pool. totally worth the price.

the hotel was empty when we were their, it was like we had our one privete pool, the pool guy put our kind of music! all includes- grate hotel!

Our room was great, large and modern, with daily room service. Right beside the lovely, large and long pool. Convenient 24hour reception for the full moon party period, handy laundry service and travel booking service there too. Beautiful view at breakfast with lovely gardens and well kept buildings.

The continental breakfast was poor, with few options and average coffee. The pool was closed from 6pm. Our room key could not be left in the air conditioning when we went out so none of our electricals charged during the day. These were all very minor inconveniences, none of which put us off the place at all, just something to note =)

Awesome location right on the beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant was average. Great pool. Rooms were large and clean. Luxurious and great value for money.

The location is good. Out of the noise but close enough for everything to be less than 5 mins walk.

The loo roll holder was on a different wall to the loo so you had to stand to get any out. The resturant staff were not the most friendly.

Nothing I got ripped off and ill try make sure everyone I know does not go there

The place is amazing I will defo be back. I was traveling on my own and the staff made me feel really welcome.

Rooms and pool was nice

Very pricey. Wifi reception was horrible. Minimum 5 nights was a cheap trick we fell for because we thought there would not be available rooms in hotels during fullmoon

Location is excellent, on the quite side of the Full Moon Party beach. A/C Rooms are cold and comfertable. Pool is well maintained. Staff are very good and very kind, however be careful with the Neon paint, as they charge $$s if left on bedsheet, even a drop of it!

This place is very expensive, esp as they force certain number of days for booking in peak. The guests are very noisy and mostly under 25s, who are always drunk. The beach is sort of a write-off because of tides. The Brakefast is very very bad. One is better off on a different beach, where you can take a shared taxi for under 100 bath.

We stayed here fir five nights and on one of the nights the manager falsely accused us of putting UV paint on the sheets and charged us 50euro to pay for two sheets which we did not ruin .He was the most ignorant and rude man I have ever meet in my life.He was shouting and screaming at all the customers and would not let us go until we paid the fee -which was very unjust as we did not do anything wrong. He treated all the customers dreadfully and shouted and screamed at one girl for spilling coffee on a sheet and made her pay 35 euro for one sheet .I would strongly recommend you stay else where .They are out to make a profit and they will con you in any way possible to do so . Please listen to me it happened my friends too.

Stayed on the water, ideal location, nice room, quiet side of the island, but you pay for it.

Beach near hotel is not very clean

The location.

I stay at this hotel with my friend, exept the good location we did not like anything. The service is terrible, also the cleaning. Not worth the high price that they are asking.
